About the store
THEREABOUTS sells everyday essentials online, starting with embroidered caps. Contact wearethereabouts@gmail.com. This draft needs the legal seller name and postal address added before launch.
Products and orders
Read the product description, colour and fit details before ordering. Colours can vary slightly between screens and physical products. The price, applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown before you pay. A cap is made to order; this does not remove the cancellation rights applicable to standard products.
Delivery and returns
Available production and delivery estimates are shown when ordering. See our Shipping and Returns pages. If we cannot supply an order, we will contact you and refund payments for the items we cannot supply.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We remain responsible for supplying goods as described and resolving problems with your order.
Website use
Use the site lawfully. Product artwork and site content may not be copied or used commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder.
