Caps are embroidered to order through Printful. Production time is separate from shipping time. The applicable delivery estimate and any shipping charge are shown when ordering.
Delivery destinations
Available destinations and rates are confirmed at checkout. Delivery is free when your item subtotal is over £50 after discounts. Below this threshold, delivery charges are shown at checkout. This offer applies automatically to available delivery destinations.
Dispatch and tracking
You will receive a dispatch email and tracking details where available. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. We do not offer a next-day promise.
Order problems
If an order has not arrived, arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, email wearethereabouts@gmail.com with your order number. We remain responsible for resolving delivery issues under your applicable consumer rights.
