How does the cap fit?
One size, with an adjustable metal buckle. The cap has a low profile, an unstructured crown and a curved visor.
What is it made from?
100% cotton twill, with a washed vintage finish. The launch blank is the Otto Cap 18-1248.
Is the design printed or embroidered?
Embroidered. The designs are kept small and simple.
When will it be dispatched?
Each cap is embroidered after you order. Production and shipping are separate. Available delivery estimates and shipping charges are shown when ordering.
Will I get tracking?
Tracking details will be sent by email when available after dispatch. If you need help with an order, contact us with your order number.
Can I return it?
Standard, non-personalised caps are covered by UK online cancellation rights. Made to order does not remove those rights. Read the returns policy.
How do I clean it?
Hand-wash with mild detergent and lukewarm water. Spot-clean gently with a damp cloth. Avoid machine-washing, bleach and brushes. Check the care label too.
Where is it made?
We use a cap blank supplied by Printful and embroidery fulfilment through Printful. We do not claim that the caps are manufactured in the UK.
How do the cap offers work?
Mix and match any cap designs or colours. Buy two caps for £65 or three caps for £75. The best cap offer applies automatically once per order at checkout; no code is needed. The two-cap and three-cap offers do not stack with each other. They combine with free delivery on an item subtotal over £50 after discounts, so both offers qualify.
